If anyone’s insurance broker could do 50% of Bobby De La Torre’s capabilities, that would be a DREAM. Even better I got to work with him personally. I’m a first time small business owner, and my industry has a really complex insurance process. I called FIFTY different people between brokers, companies, and agencies across the US. I found 40 of them couldn’t insure, 10 “could” but didn’t want new clients, and only 5 willing to accepting new clients. Those 5 quoted 10k all expenses in and they said “take it all, my way or the highway” Even HARDER, I had non-negotiable requirements. I had defined budgets, very specific coverage needs, no intention of wasting company capital on unnecessary bundled components, and firm expectations for the amount of protection backing my business. I found Bobby through the series of people who knew people in the insurance world. It seriously felt like a movie. I knew nothing about him except “this is the guy, call him” I told him absolutely everything I needed, everything I had on hand, and the exacts that I specifically needed. He automatically already knew the complexity of the situation and how it was to start before even going. “Yeah, especially because literally this year as opposed to 2025 they changed the laws on this.” He doesn’t specialize in my work field, but already had knowledge because his specialty is complexities, hard to find policies, and people who can’t find it. He's dealt with stuff like this all the time, despite the specific business owner’s industry. He took note and said “Alright, let’s go”. He came back the next day or so and let me know how hard of a fish this one is to catch, but he was still out there. Literally on the third or so day he came back with not only what I needed, but what I’m finding out from others just by hearing what they say that he caught me a damn 800 pound Bluefin!!!!!!!! THIS policy is insane!!!!! My business is actually binded!!! And the craziest part? I won’t/ don’t ever air out my exacts, but from what i hear of others & that i read i can 100% unequivocally say: Bobby saved me well more than $5,000. He found me SPECIFIC, standalone components. Him and my company got to say “no no, ONLY this, none of that other stuff you want” and he got it. He worked with all detail and execution, even the receptionist’s could recall me and knew I was to be routed to Bobby. Bobby clearly has an extensive network of carriers, underwriters, specialists, and industry contacts to draw from. When one path doesn’t work, he knows where else to look—and he kept searching until he found exactly what my business needed. I literally wanna keep this a secret. I don’t want my competitors past, current, or future to know! Haha But this was all insanely too good to not talk about it. If you own a business, especially one that is unusual, specialized, new, difficult to insure, or repeatedly rejected by other agencies: call Bobby. After reading into what Winchester & Associates can do on a broader sense, i saw they serve even more and i just want to tell you from one Business Owner to another that whether you need general liability, professional liability, commercial property, commercial auto, workers’ compensation, cyber liability, contractor coverage, agribusiness coverage, or someone to construct a policy around very specific requirements: Bobby is the person I would send you to. He’s Harry Houdini, he’ll catch what no one’s ever even seen, he’s been there before the damn map was ever drawn. You can tell i’m very very happy haha. Now my business can go to institutions and launch operations for contracts! It’s nothing stopping me except outreach and landing business and money now As far as the entire company too: i’m sure everyone else is just as good too. I don’t care if they tell you wait a day wait a week or if they’re on the search for a month you 100% have the best damn people out there hunting. To go anywhere else/lose it to impatience would be a bad business move, cause there couldn’t be a better Insurance Company on the lookout for you. 💯 🔥 🐐🐐🐐
